“Welcome to Seokyeong University Language & Culture Center, the leader of Korean cultural contents.”

Since the establishment in 1947, Seokyeong University has been striving to train global talents based on the educational philosophy that values students and vocation.

As the society has become more diverse under the wave of internationalization and globalization, the university is at a time to progress to train leaders to play active parts in the global arena. Over the past decade, we have carried out joint degree system and students exchange program with sister schools in the United States, Britain, Japan, China, Russia, and Taiwan through which numerous foreign students have studied at Seokyeong. To commensurate 65 years of school history, the Language & Culture Center was newly established.

The Language & Culture Center offers a professional body of faculty, communication-centered practical education, state-of-the-art training facilities, and a variety of training programs in the field of linguistics. The faculty and staff at the Language & Culture Center will respond flexibly to accommodate changes in a rapidly changing society and do our best to serve for the sake of research and education.

Seokyeong University will become a transforming platform for foreign students as well as Koreans to cultivate their competency. We hope that our students can be sufficiently equipped with Korean language in order to achieve their dreams.
